Being in love with a woman i can never have
The key to your heart, your saviour
She gently moulds her form
Around your desire, ever so gently
I wish I could acquire
That which makes your loins burn with passion
That which makes your river flow
For what she has, I can never be
She, yes she is soft, like silk sheets wrapped around you
Rose petals that, ever so gently kisses you
A wind that gently caresses your skin
Which ignites your flame from within
But I, am a dirt road, of gravel and stone
The old stone wall, weathered, hard, and dull
A rusted old fence, with a gate that cries
My embrace, a cage of discomfort
I wish, that I was not me
I wish to be her.....

I wish to be her
I wish with all of me, that I could be her.The key to your heart, your saviour
She gently moulds her form
Around your desire, ever so gently
I wish I could acquire
That which makes your loins burn with passion
That which makes your river flow
For what she has, I can never be
