a poem written with an anonymous poet on this site long ago in the dark winter but we found joy in the writing of this. It is about the joy of special friendship.

Whirling

Whirling
all around us
as on tiny tiptoes,
white snowflakes of joy fill the air.
You smile

Then we
Praying snow lasts
For the rest of the day
Find each other in our loving ways
Happy

A flake,
Adventurous,
Creeps inside your collar.
I imagine it running down,
Melting

And I
Surprise you and
Muss your hair playfully
Rubbing handfulls of snow in it
We kiss

And more
And more again...
There is no way to stop
This avalanche started by just
One kiss

Unless
We desisting
Melt the snow around us
Deny and just touch, our fingertips
On fire

And you
Held in my arms
Your safety paramount
In the love I have found for you
Burning

The innocence of the snowflake and then pow the adventure that begins as it melts down into your collar. I had a feeling something was whirling more than just a playful day in the snow. This was great! kathy

Hey Mike, the sweetest co-write ever,
There is pattern there, half Richtameter Like, 2 4 6 8, and then you revert to 2 again,
Very clever indeed!

That apart, it is the content,
The snow flake metaphor,
The playful inter play of words,
Emotions and Oh, the divine feeling of Love; All this makes for a charming co- write.

Hats off to you and the 'other' of the two!

**Hugs to you and the 'other' of you two**

Slowly do the emotion reveal, the real truth...
Love, xxx, Zoya
**Bookmarked!**
