Halt
HaltToday I hate buddha
In search of nonsense.
In search of an enigma.
And the hatred for pigeon and swans
The symbol of peace.
Fighting heart and mind
Today you lost the battle.
Yes, you sought salvation.
Well, living in commotion is
A religion
A routine.
Yet another page you tore
From my book of memoranda.
Today I saw a flock of crows
Singing your eulogy.
Yes, the grim reaper laughing
At this gutless humanity.
Well, there you stood at the terminal
And proved him wrong.
I wanted you to keep writing.
Instead adding pages.
Silent and hurt.
Fullstop.
