The Need for Change

Let us now go on a journey,
Experience the irony of life
In a world of contemporary wits
Prevalent of ancient minds

I step in the common world
To cognize their wit and soul
Fascinated by the talents and skills
I move on to discover more

Here comes the irony
Of a communal life
The testimonies of their beliefs
Are at odds with novelty

Excluded are some denizens
To retain social immunity
Desire of a developed status
Is dominating humanity

Neither is this world modern
Nor entirely of days bygone
But exists in it a mentality
Reluctant to the need for change
