The flames won't die

The flames won't die if I add fuel to the fire,
The distance won't shorten if I don't climb up higher,
The more I write about him, the less I'm moving on,
I thought it'd give me closure but I have proved myself wrong,
When people aren't good for us why do we still care?
Why check on them, why worry about them, when the love, they don't share,
People love, people hate, and they leave, and that's ok,
But cut off contact so it'll end for good that way.

Sipora
Moving and standing still. I feel that you must have pondered the relationship between them for a while. To distill this truth. It's good, and it makes sense to me.
