I have always wanted to write a poem about breaking wind. And also I have always wondered, what the sound of loneliness? Rejection? Pain?

The sound of...

It howls like the restless wind in Sahara

Like waves and a shoreline, it keeps on pushing through the night.

Like the morning sun in Mombasa, a heart bleeding from a Samurai sword

Like a game of words with no meaning, a 1000 years and a dark night in a hurricane

Like a feeble candle in the wind, a hoot by the window

Like breaking wind silently, a bleak future

Like the roars in Masai Mara, a Kenyan running a marathon...

Pain from rejection never stops:(

It babbles, thunders and whistles...

It purrs, grunts and hisses

It cloaks and storms

It tears from the inside, slams a door and opens an empty can of worms.
