Fathers love by Ann Wood

My daughter's time will pass,
when I will not be there anymore,
the rest will come home,
it will become cool, like winter ...
You will ask for time to return,
with the memory of a little girl,
you'll want to hug you again,
you will remember how much I loved you ...
At home, you will return,
but ... there is no door to open you,
only silence will embrace you
and there is no one to talk to ...

Time will pass, it will be ... quiet!
The white birch will sound in the yard,
in your memory I will be smiling,
in the eye I will be a burning tear ...
It will take time - it will ever pass,
go dear, though rarely,
I'm still here ... and I have it.
Remember that I love you:
Father.
