'Je voudrais être ce pauvre nègre et perdre mon temps'

—Blaise Chandras, 'Bijou-Concert'

Outdoor Concert

It is warm

The sun low

Shapes distinct

Colors vivid

Shadows long

I hear

Wind

A songbird

More songbirds

A fly

More flies

An unidentified sound

It is enough, this.

Love it. I would put the last word in a separate line but that's just me.

Each line creates a new image. It is indeed a picturesque description of the auditory imagery.

Ah, yes, there are those moments, and this one was captured quite nicely!

Brilliant. Who needs more? The sounds of nature. The most relaxing and comforting sounds in the world. There is a feeling of serenity, in the short lines, which say just enough, no more. As you say: it is enough, this.
