Dedicated to my loving grandparents

Memories

It stood against the grey sky
Witness to memories gone by

Many come and go
But the roots remains so

For every hugs and kisses of the past
The trip down the lane wishes it to last

Long gone are the days of bliss
Will the now know what they miss

Cows and goats
Chickens and ducks
Rabbits and dogs
Just to name a few
Nothing short of a zoo
It sure was hell of a view

Shared memory bonds as no other
Me and my sister on a path to rediscover
Reminiscing the holidays before
Each and every moment will be a winner for sure

Sleeping on the floor
Giggling to jokes and people's snore
That was a time gone
Will it ever be reborn?

Laughter and happiness of the shinning days
Shadowed, but in heart it stays

Bedtime stories of the present
Reflection of the golden times, cent percent

We are what we are
By support near and far
In the race to rise
Forgotten are the ones who sacrifice

Words are short to express our heart
Moments are such, difficult to part

Just wanted you to know
Forever, we love you....
