With Death, Dance
Where shadows stand
Death beckons for my hand
does my soul take that chance
and join in Death's eternal dance?
For I wither in life where others shine
Slowly I lose more of my mind
Rhythmically the bell doth chime
In dance Death and I are aligned.
Slow doth the heart beat become
as Death and I join as one
Weep not as I say goodbye
I now have wings with to touch the sky.
