New Year traslated by Ann Wood
NEW YEARLast days, last hours -
we send another year.
And let everything bad take away
with you when you leave!
And the good thing is to take it with us!
Multiply in the days to come:
love and health, happiness and joy-
in all three hundred and sixty-five!
Let's lift heavy glasses with a smile-
the wonderful is yet to come!
With a toast, with friends and relatives,
to the bottom of the cups to dry!
And we are happy to decorate the homes-
to be so all year round!
And we - strong, brave and loved,
and healthy - next year, to the amine!
