A sing/poem, written for a lost love
Familiar and fresh hearts racing at rest. The ghost in the mist. Feathered arrows that twist, please wake me from reality
Mocking and cruel, the obscene rule. Laughing with spite at what could be
Left with no choice, I’ve heard that voice, alive feeling torn, I seek the splendor of the Rose and her thorns
What once flowed freely now all bother and fuss. Through the mirror darkly, this version of us.
Colorless rainbows crossing our path. Black cats and the spells they cast. The fires that once burned brightly are fading fast
Together in darkness, self inflicted losses we mourn. I feel the haunting, of the Rose and her thorns.
Symphony of silence, there’s nothing to discuss. Through the mirror darkly, fractured version of us.

Black Roses
Strange places and friendly faces the known in the unseen. Fingerprints and colors echoing round. is this someplace I’ve been?Familiar and fresh hearts racing at rest.
