Ashe

I miss you Ashe
i miss your words
i miss your smiling picture
i miss you on poet bay

i miss your poems
even though i remember
the vivid ocean imagery
you sometimes brought forth

i miss the rhythm of your heart beats
with which you pulsated
my return to these empty boxes.

And like everything else
its okay even if
its not.

This is a really nice expression of those thoughts we have when we lose touch with people, both in life and in death. In death it is inevitable, and there is nothing we can do about it while we are separated, and I like the way your final stanza brings that home.
