Flying High

She reached the top
The mountain peak
Grasping for one last breath
Looking down at a faulty world.

She's been down there,
She doesn't want to remain...

She walked around smiling,
Whilst she ran from her emotions.
She jumped with joy,
Whilst she drowned in silent tears.

No one realised
No one has seen the truth.
No one knew she thought of flying
Till her body breaks on the floor.

... But then her spirit will rise
And she'll become part of the stars.

A few may look up and realise that she's the fallin' star above.
