HAVE YOU EVER

Have you ever danced,
On a mud-worts moon.
Or plucked a star,
Out of the nighttime sky.
Neither have I, Neither have I.

Have you ever seen,
An elephants dream.
Of going for a swim,
In custard and cream.
Neither have I, Neither have I.

Have you ever by candlelight,
Switched on the lights at night.
And lit up the evening sky,
Neither have I, Neither have I.

Have you ever heard of
The strangest of things.
A butterfly can only sing,
When it decides,
To take off its wings.
Neither have I, Neither have I.
