To my nephews, I love you so much!
MY LITTLE BABY...
My little child with innocent eyes -
only light rays gather in them now,
kindness fills them, love shines in them -
you look forward to growing up too.
My little man, stay a child -
always in games to run, stories to read.
If I could, I would turn the wheel back –
only in your childhood you are happy and rich.
You realize it late. When you grow up, to you
trouble looms, as if you're losing luck,
you seem to lose your footing... How did this happen,
that people speak incomprehensible words to you?
My little child, my fragile flower,
you precious little star, you restless sparrow,
play to your heart's content and without a drop of sadness -
the best lessons you learn now…
