baggage claim delay




remember that time we strolled
only clad in pajamas
through snowy Ohio streets

never a cursory glance
that blinkin' cursor
wouldn't stand a chance

keyboard's clacking, prance
en-trance, warm beverage,
merry festive holiday dance

squad car lights blinked along
a look-over, a salutory nod
he drove off and we walked on
