White neat little house translated by Ann Wood

White, neat little house,
two lindens in front.
Mother's love here
I thought first.
Here, under the old lime trees
I played more than once;
here with merry companions
I was jumping and laughing...
House of golden days,
sweet and kind corner!
And for the royal palaces
I wouldn't change you!
Ran Bosilek
