It has started snowing in my place after a pretty long wait, flakes of snow scatter in wind like things from a fairy land .

Snows like a fairy land

Fog has come down to valleys
Mountains have disappeared
As if they never were there
It's time to wander in nature
For I have a feeling to meet
Someone of other world
It may be a beast, a fairy a jinn
The trees appear like a silhouette
Pigeons hide under roof tops
And mynas play
I walk up the street with
Nostalgia of memories behind.

This poem is expressive without being wordy; it captures a meditative mood for me.

Thanks for taking a while to write something for my effort, nostalgia is always a part of us but it mostly belongs to those who have a heart that feels and is empathic

I like this. It seems as if there is a common feeling this season, in which I too share. Nostalgia, ah yes, but this is the domain of the aged, in which I too now belong. :(
