curves coming together   mmm

briefly near   oo la la

then drifting apart   oh non

in perfect, cold symmetry   brrr

that is us   bonjour

that is goodbye   adieu

those curves are destined 

to follow their mathematical paths 

into eternity

never again to meet    c'est trop triste
