For the flowers,the steak dinner,
the walk home,
the warm hug,
and the mmm-so-perfect kiss.

for the sly smile,
the grey hair,
the neck kisses,
and the shivers down my spine.
For that look on your face when I undress,
for taking your own sweet time with my bra,
for trying something new,
for running out of condoms,
for twisting and turning,
for cute snores.
For waking up
and swapping dream stories,
for morning sex,
for feeding me breakfast,
and making my bed.

for making my computer work so much faster.
You don't know
how much of a relief it is!
You were so patient through it all.
Thank you for the black cable, for calling me Purple Haze,
for your yellow boxers,
for washing your hands nicely with soap,
