Kissed my lips raw, none of me left
It looks as though I’ve ate wild raspberries,
but it’s just your red lipstick
More scratch than I remember
Clawed your nails into my spine, my shirt discarded
It looks as though I’ve been raked like leaves,
but it’s just the scars you’ve dug into me
More pain than I remember -
but now there you stand, and now here I am
It looks as though we’re perfect strangers,
but you know me too well, wish I could say the same
