Why Acting?

I have said it before
that may be its my safe place
my escape
Place i run to
from so much
from that one.

Acting is a refuge
to be-just be.
The urge to feel for
the other
or be the other
is met by the character
whom you want
to touch, to talk,
to sit with
and be with.
Thats the experiencing.

And just then
when all you want to
do is announce it
from the billboards,
All i have to do is
Convey to the audience.

Life really is a performance
and all the world is a stage,
indeed.
