Maybe NATO wasn't such a great idea.

Consternation in Toadyland

The sycophants nervously bite their nails. Things are not right
In Toadyland. For decades, they obeyed their leader, pressing
Toward their neighbor's yard because the leader said they should.
They hurled stones and shouted insults at the neighbor,
Confident that he'd be there to rescue them if the neighbor
Grew too angry. Now, the leader's changed his tune. He's called
The toadies weak and foul, and seems to have decided that their
Neighbor isn't quite so bad. From far off, he's said he no longer
Wants to be involved in fights into which he had goaded them,
So, now, they quiver, fearing that their neighbor will come, seeking
Vengeance, and regretting that they'd run their mouths
And hurled stones.
