Careful, Bambi
She's active as an herbivore, always
Moving. That gets on my nerves,
As I'm a carnivore, a creature who
Springs into motion only from
Necessity, who separates such
Spasms with extensive bouts
Of rest. There's nothing to be
Gained from constant movement.
One should plan ahead, reflect,
Review, or, otherwise, what's done
Will turn out not to have accomplished
Much. The herbivore's unending efforts
To get by leave her exhausted, putting
Her in danger of consumption by
A carnivore, someone who's sly
And fully rested, someone much
Like me.
