A Paladins imagination.

Labrynth by M.A.Meddings

In darkling hours
I came at length
To the flowered forest
And entered the labrynth
There I took rest
Beside a hidden glade
In the morning
As I awoke
I found a pretty girl
kneeling at my side
Tending my wounds
And asked of her name
I am 'The little flower'
Of the forest deep
And I come
Dear Knight
To bring kind words
In your hour
Of darkness
And at that moment
As the labrynthian girl
Vanished
My wounds were
Healed

Alas
Magical. The image that is conveyed through lovely simplicity and graceful use of language is seen through a filtered lense of a far off time when magic was prevalent. A slice of fantasy captured very poetically.

I sigh for this is a most tender, lovng, romantic piece of poetry. Oh how I missed your romantic writings. Palidin dreams! The soft smooth flow caresses this reader like silk. xx kathy

Is "the little flower of the forest deep" a Linnea? I'm not sure you have Linneas in England...
