Dark Seductress
I wait for duskin dark shelter
Surrounded by velvet
my daylight tomb
Each night, a new lover
but one grows wary
I hunger for.. a companion
Searching these
Paris Streets
Street lights
The only sunshine I know
So many men pass me by
Tipping their hats
Bidding me a fair evening
If they only knew..
Seductress! Enchantress!
Vampire..
And then, when all hope
Seems to be lost..
I find him
Hair, black as midnight
Eyes, piercing sea-foam green
I must take him
Approaching..ever so swiftly
Locking eyes
I see no fear, but yearning
No words are spoken
As I lead him away
And press then his body..
Into the nearest wall
Our hands..intangled
Bodies, beseaching..something
Intangible..something unknown
With kisses..that grow more
Feverish by the second
I realise it is time
My dark lips..meet
His tender, pale neck
His blood, so powerful..
Ravishing through my veins
A silent lucidity, capuring my heart
Breathing, tasting, letting him in
I know his every secret now,
His very soul
And still yet, he drinks of me
Refreshed
A bond that cannot be broken
A dark tide of wonder eclipses
His eyes
As we enbark on a journey
Of eternity...
