I came up with this one fast. I had the first two lines for a couple days, the rest I wrote off the cuff in a few minutes. I didn't know what it was about until the last few lines.

A Riddle

Love or leave it
Let it lie or retrieve it
write it off or believe it
Let it die or recieve it
Be it in your head
or be it in your bed
Do you fear it the most
is your imagination the host
Can you see the fall
and the end of it all
Will you meet it well
or have it in hell
Does it twist and turn
within your gut burn
How will you deal
How will it heal
Will it ever become real
It moves along fast
and it will never last
It is friend and foe
and will forever grow
It drags us along
and tends to go wrong
Love or leave it
Let it lie or retrieve it
It may be full of strife
but ultimately
it's your life.

There's just no telling what great things will explode from that creative fountain in your head, when you give it full rein. Read it first for the flow and rhythm. Read it again for its beauty and wisdom.
