My best friend till the end

You see in my eyes, that my soul rests and dies
You hold onto my hand, as my life slips as quick as sand
In my tears, you see all the yet to be unfilled years
In my breath you feel the soon to be death
But you stick near for the end, because you are my very best friend
The one I keep near my heart, even when death will have us part
I'm always thankful to have you, even when my dreams wont yet have time to come true
You hold my hand till I die, till the last tear I'll ever cry
You don't cry that much, because you know I'll always be your angel watching you with that little special touch

What a large heart you have, to pay a tribute as lovely as this to a friend even in your last moments... I hope this is not true though...

A very moving and poignant poem...

Welcome to the bay, dear Ariel Benette!

***Hugs***
Love, Zoya
