A Jewish girl

She was always brighter than me,
Maybe somewhat childish.
So I tried to impress her by
Being Oscar Wildish.

Once she took me to Ritorno,
For coffee - that was all.
Was there a glow in her brown eyes?
I promised I would call.

Nowadays she lives in Brooklyn.
I cannot say I care.
But each time I pass Ritorno
I hope to see her there.

I really enjoyed what you wrote - it seemed as if you could've continued, and I would've enjoyed that MORE...maybe you'll add to it?
