I'm not sure why I wrote this poem. You're free to interpret it as you wish. ^^
take my hand and I will guide it across the sands of time
the line will represent the end of us
You and me, we are no more. You are you, and I am I, that's fine
Don't look at me with puppy-eyes,
You knew this would happen sooner or later
you knew it very well,
I guess you just wished it would be later, rather than sooner
There, hold your hand steady, don't be afraid
I will guide you all the way,
You do trust me still, my maid?
Look at how perfect the line draws into the sand,
This will be my side of the line,
That over there will be your land
A line of emotion we now have drawn
The end of us, our love
though not our friendship I hope
---------------------------------------------------
A line of emotion I gaze upon
good-bye my love
you have always been,
my perfect, innocent, white little dove

A line in the sand
Here we draw the line my love, take my hand and I will guide it across the sands of time
the line will represent the end of us
You and me, we are no more. You are you, and I am I, that's fine
Don't look at me with puppy-eyes,
You knew this would happen sooner or later

You do trust me still, my maid?

This will be my side of the line,
