By Mist Shrouded Margins a co write by Aliena and last romantichero
By the mist shrouded margins
I searched for you
In places where the dampness
swallowed your name
Through Sylvan regions
Where we once did go
Now deserted, wandered
My soul all alone
Longing for you
And the days that are gone
Which rain can ever soothe
the leaf that’s tired of living?
None but the soft rain that flows
From a love that understands me
And you reach out to me, my friend
Your helping hand’s so warm, so kind
As it will always be so
Until the very end of time
