No More
No more, no more
No more these secrets that fester and grow
No more this darkness that shrouds the truth
No more the unspoken
No more the shadow of truth
That creeps and seeps into the cracks
No more, no more
The phantom shame
No more, no more that unwelcome pain
No more the whispers
No more the doubt
Now let the truth be out!
Freedom
Liberty
Vindication
So be it
Let the enlightenment begin
So here I am basking in the glory of truth
I can shout out
I have arrived, I am here
My mouth has been opened
My hands unbound
Walking into the room I can now breathe
Breathe the air of unpolluted air
The air of hidden truth
Finally the burden unloaded
I stand on my past and shout aloud
Here I am healed and proud
Now you must deal
Deal with the past
I am released from it, free at last.
