They fight
They fightAll through the night
They never stop even though he moved away
All I can do is pray
I want peace
My depression is starting to increase
Sometimes I want to run away
To where I don't have to fear everyday
That dad is going to call and get mom mad
In her eyes I can see how she's sad
She cries over him because he's nothing
Once before she thought he was everything
But then she finally noticed that it wasn't he
Once he was gone she no longer had to plea
When he got mad and hit her and didn't care
If me and my brother were watching what a good thing for you to share
The sights of horror and pain
That's why some people don't want to go back to memory lane
All they did since I was born was fight
I wished someday we could come out of the dark and finally see the light
