Broken

I went to love again
But my hearts in pieces
First I have to try to put it together
I tried to live my life
But it went into ruins when you left me
I tried to lift my soul
But I lost it when you told me you didn't love me
I tried to dry my tears
But they seemed to keep on coming
I tried to make nightmares into dreams
But you were the only one who could fight my fears
I tried to fly away
But I didn't lift off the ground
I looked to see what was holding me
And I saw my wings were broken
I don't know what to do without you
I'm so broken
