The great swallow

I swallowed a cough
to save you from my disease
because this plague
- it's contagious

I swallowed a sneeze
no "god bless you"
in my ears
I cannot tell you
but I can try to avoid

I swallowed myself
in order to rid you from reality
I ate myself
I vomited lies.
