At a moment, I was happy because of somebody else's happiness, at the other moment, somebody else did not care about anything else, but his misery.

A Tall Man

A tall man, in a clean and
faded suit, was waiting
on a railway station.
He smiled when the train stopped and
he saw the people he was waiting for.
The tiny and timid child, he raised
above his head, and the child smiled
with happiness.

Then someone said that the man's
socks were woolen, like
of a peasant.
