This poem is inspired by Pink Floyd's instrumental song "Terminal Frost." I wrote it quite in sync with the music. If you have the song, I'd highly recommend listening to it while reading this poem. The words match the piano and its tune.
Infinite (Terminal Frost)
You don't like me, I can tell you don'tThat is ok, After now you won't
Please, I will not harm you
Not with where we're going
Take my hand, young sir
Lead you to the window
Look at all the people
They can't see you either
I want to show you something, something you will never forget
I will take you there
So, so high!
We scrape the sky! Never look back!
From way up here
Everything is yours to have
Something's missing?
Your heart, my son, your heart
Where can you find it? Inside every man and woman
Will you be lonely
Never ever again
Ever again
So promises are made
Can we keep them all?
Live the rest your life
And when you're done, come here
When you're done, come here
When you're done, come here
