Your Kindness, Your Softness, Your Grace by M.A.Meddings

 

You are the glittering prize
Of my love for thee
The sweetest dreams unfurled
You are  what
I always knew you would be
You are my beautiful world

For the dreams of this man
So restless and sad  
And tortured beyond belief
Your smile  
Came to save what life that he had
Soft chiming  your voice his release

And even if you
Could  never be mine
A matter my heart has to face
This love
That I have is only just thine
For your kindness
Your softness
Your grace
