Steps taken.
You may have seen me on the streets, with lots of gin and tonic
Frozen in that state of mind, I wasn't quite so heart-sure
And simply on that note, I shall take a full departure
Hello, my name is Rafael, I'm back now for this encore
I'm quite an addict for an else, and else's name is Tanor
Tanor is a little lady, aquainted in a black house
And for no more the smallest fee, I see all in her blouse
Hello, my name is Rafael, and I am here again
To let you all witness the truth of Tanor, she's my friend
Yesterday was our fifth date, a got her reddest rose
What I hide was on the side, and went straight up her nose
Hello, I'm former Rafael, but you may call me Dan
Tanor isn't here, she left me for another man
Frankly, I'm distressed, I hope the couple burn in hell
But I can bet they're watered down, back out in my own well
Hello, my name is Rafael, as you cleverly found
I've been quite a good boy, in my room, making no sound
Even though the jacket's tight and smells a bit like socks
I don't mind the quiet, my companion behind locks
Hello, my name is...
I am a... I've been here for...
Doctor Shanland... please answer the nice man's questions for me.
And please, could someone point me to the nearest cup of tea
