this girl and i, we had a sort of falling out, while i was away. and by the time i made it back to her, she was looking in a different direction...
please, share the thought in mind,
of the love in your life
and your life at hand,
of the moments so absent,
and void of hesitation...
she is the dividend of promise
the sort in which would believe
with words come assured intent
though the grasp of hands is love...
the consequence of any action
is one to be accurately supposed,
however, she did never understand
why it was we came to be.
to offer a glance, the subtle look,
cast with circumstancial precision,
was ultimately the intial gesture
with which she bestowed such interest.
taken by surprise, taken, all at once,
might it have been safe to say
she figured to love me as such?
as promising as it were, it surely was...
for what was to come, undoubtedly did,
occurring with a precedence unique
as to emplace a hold on the heart of him
not unlike her initiative once did claim...
while feverish attempts to regain that,
that which was considered above all else,
would further a love into its coma
what else choice was there to choose?
it would have been made.
