and how I don't understand people's
narrow-minded jealousies that they
have to put down and upset other people.
I love all my friends here on PoetBay
both the one's already met and the one's i'm yet to meet.
UNDERSTATEMENT OF MIXED EMOTIONS.
Angry understates the way I feel, like storm-tossed waves
pounding the sandy ocean floor,
I scream out loud
like banshees howling on the ferocious wind.
Upset doesn't even adequately discribe it
the tears streaming at the injustice of it all,
I collapse in a heap
like a pile of discarded clothes
and bawl my eyes out on the carpeted floor.
I love you all
like brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers
you're more then friends,
more like rare diamonds in the rough
and I hurt when you get hurt by jealous others.
Words can't explain
this understatement of mixed emotions,
I just know that true friendship
joins us in ties of hope
accross the different oceans.
