This is what I feel.


This New Year

Before the last year was out I made a resolution.
And before the year had ended I had already accomplished that one.
However each new year reminds us that we have another year in
which to get things right.
We accomplished that by getting things in perspective.
The only way to peace is to be the first to not raise a fist in anger.
Walk away from those that refuse to see anything other than a fight.
Those who walk away in peace live to see another day.
There will always be bullies and wrong doing and you do not have to
be the one to make it two wrongs.
With each new baby that is born it means we have another chance at something better.
So my message is this make this the year we all learn to live in peace with the other.

I wish it would be just as you say. If only...
I guess one can start with one (themself) and then hopefully the next person will do the same. I would like the virus to spread. The peace virus. It passes through a smile. : )
