In The Silent Darkness Of The Room by M.A.Meddings

In the silent darkness of the room
I lay and watched my dreams of love
And in the twilight's bewitching hour
I remembered you delightedly
Your simple gasps of ecstasy ensured
That your gentle love became me
Then in my glorious reverie
I recalled that most enchanting sound
A  gentle whispering  song that was our passion
And it was wonderfully embodied
In the movement of the chair rhythmically creaking

Yes, seen the movie, a little over the line for me visually, I like my mind to do the work. So, I appreciate your poem much more than the visual aid of the movie! Lovely and delicately put.
