Lashing out at those who do not deserve such
Diatribes,
I seek an ultimate understanding of myself
Seeking the triggers that make me less than human
Less than kind to my fellow man
My ignorance of such things distresses me
My lack of perception at times cripples my thoughts
Leaving me grasping, gasping for knowledge
It's there; my human eyes do not see it at times
Blinded by foolish anger
Having gone into animal protection mode
Lashing out at those who do not deserve such
Diatribes, thoughtless, uncaring and mean
Today I am guilty of lashing out and one who does not understand as I do
Why is that their fault?
It's not, alas it is mine.

Diatribes,
Less than kind
I long to be engaged in perpetual awarenessI seek an ultimate understanding of myself
Seeking the triggers that make me less than human
Less than kind to my fellow man
My ignorance of such things distresses me
My lack of perception at times cripples my thoughts
Leaving me grasping, gasping for knowledge
It's there; my human eyes do not see it at times
Blinded by foolish anger
Having gone into animal protection mode
Lashing out at those who do not deserve such
Diatribes, thoughtless, uncaring and mean
Today I am guilty of lashing out and one who does not understand as I do
Why is that their fault?
