Song of Diana
I'm so wonderful, can't you see?Everyone thinks the world of me!
I married a Prince and wore lots of jewels,
(the common folk are bloody fools.)
I really wanted to be Queen,
how jolly spiffing that would have been!
But bloody Camilla, Charles wouldn't ditch her,
so I found Dodi, he was RICHER!
I'd a wonderful time making fools of them all,
me and Dodi had a ball.
I think the WORLD of "my two boys,"
and use them as political toys.
If I really loved the two of them,
I wouldn't cavort with a dodgy Moslem.
Nor would I try and disgrace their father,
but they're SO useful to use as barter.
I can't believe the life I've led,
never done a thing to earn my bread.
All I have to do is smile, at the poor and needy,
it takes me a MILE!
I love fame and glamour and all my own way.
(Charles didn't know this on our wedding day.)
I remember my interview, I let him down,
and said he's not fit to inherit the Crown.
It was all his own fault, he's too private and clean,
and he guessed that I'd be a really bad Queen.
I got my revenge in a real spiteful way....
Martin Bashir let me have my say!
Although I love my Harry and Wills,
they have to learn to take bitter pills.
My interview caused them havoc and pain,
but I didn't care, and would do it again.
I had a jaunt in the south of France,
and led the Royals a merry dance.
I know I had them really worried,
but we took that tunnel and really hurried.
I lost the glow from my lucky star,
and paid the price in that dam car.
If only we'd made the other side,
I'd have got the Queen to swallow her pride.
(I was planning to live in the Bois-de-Bologne,
where Wallis Simpson died alone.)
Now this would have been a scoop for the press,
and made William's life a terrible mess.
But after all, fair's only fair,
if it hurt Wills and Charles, I really don't care.
To be a jet-setting Superstar I tried,
thank God it was in a MERCEDES I died!
