To all my friends 
On this bay 
I use this 
Time to gently say 
How honoured I was to receive all of the birthday wishes 
And all of the ladies kisses 
The guys best wishes 
For a happy return 
Of my birthday 
And now i will tell you all a secret 
I am  66 born too early 
Never had a chance with a chic called Shirley 
Because by the time I was 
Old enough she was an American politician and had lost her curls 
And forgotten the good ship lollipop 
But wow that katherine Hepburn floated my boat 
And to a particular lady poet 
On this site 
I say
