Still with my poem TSUNAMI in my mind, I like to compare its destructiveness with that of MAN
with waves,
created by winds, currents and tides,
rolling continuously, majestic along.
Friendly caressing,
it carries boats and people on its back.
But suddenly it changes . . .
Its friendliness turns into a beastly roaring,
which like a Minotauros,
demanding its tribute of human lives.
And with its enormous force,
it is able to ruin everything in its way.
MAN
Crown in the Divine creation,
with brain
- intelligent, thinking
Can achieve the most remarkable things for mankind.
But like the sea,
is capable to ruin everything
with weapons and evilness.
* * *
However,
there is a vast distinction between the two.
SEA RUINS WITHOUT PURPOSE.
