A bit of hero cheekiness after all it is Springtime.

Daring my darling by M.A.Meddings

How daring do you want to be?
Daring so all the world can see
Or is it just you and I
Maybe a subtle glimpse of thigh
Or a flash of ankle
Let us be thankful
it is no more  than that
But you want to show all the facts
Of life
Give them something to talk about
Make the whole world shout
Did you see them?
I just couldnt speak
When  the cheeky pair decided to streak
Down Maine street
It was so neat
They really were daring sparing nothing
To modesty
And I understand
He held her hand
Because
initially
She said you see
I want you to be my darling
And he was
A  little hard of hearing

this is so much fun. It left me laughing. I can just see those two. One of your many gifts is storytelling. I think you combine your love of fishing and your love of writing when you create these stories. You throw out the line and get the attention of the reader and then bam! you reel them in. Love it! : ) xxxxyb

:))))) daring darling hero :))))))"spring is in the air" and so is your lovely romantic poetry! though i doubt about that thing with "hard of hearing", i think that was only an excuse to get closer to the lady :D:D:D
