Spring Fever.

They say its spring fever and there's love in the air
Male hormones go crazy for maidens so fair
The wildlife so urgent, procreation in mind
And the same for the flowers, I think you will find
The scent of mown grass fills the air that we breathe
And the trees fill their branches with an abundance of leaves
Their blossoms so pretty, it pleases the eye
As they stretch out their limbs as if seeking the sky
You may call it spring fever, its natures fresh start
And its that time of year I hold close to my heart.
